Q: If I list my RV on your site, you require personal information. How is my name, address, telephone number and other private information used by you?
A: Your name/address/telephone number are required simply to have a "point of contact". Your first name and telephone numbers are listed with your advertisement, as well as your company name if you are a RV Dealer. Your address is not used for any other purpose.

A: This is the NoSpam emailer in action! If you have posted your RV on other sites, and your email address is visible, it may be contributing to the amount of spam you are receiving! This technology hides your email address, thus combating the spam issue.

Q: My personal information has changed! I need to update it.
A: Log in to New And Used RV Sales.com. From the user control center, select 'edit account information'. From there, you can change any information nessesary.

Q: Someone contacted me, claming to be from your site, they asked for my username and password, what do I do?
A: Please Change your password on our service by logging in and selecting 'change password'. Please also inform us by emailing info@newandusedrvsales.com. All cases of fraud and abuse will be investigated. New And Used RV Sales.com will NEVER ask for your password over the telephone or via email.
